My story
Food as medicine.
Growing up in Uganda, I watched people struggle with preventable chronic conditions while surrounded by some of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. I became a nutritionist because I believed — and still believe — the answer was right in front of us.
After earning my qualifications and registering with the Allied Health Professionals Council of Uganda, I set out to bridge the gap between modern nutrition science and the rich food traditions of East Africa.
I don't hand people a diet. I help them understand their own body.
Today I work one-on-one with clients across Kampala and virtually across the continent, help organisations build healthier workplace cultures, and appear regularly on national television and radio.
The result? Hundreds of transformed lives — weight that stayed off, reversed pre-diabetes, calmer digestion, steadier energy, and a healthier relationship with food.
